return authorization number. upon authorization you will receive a credit towards purchase of other
4VOO products. we can accept returns only if product are
unused or used less than 20%, and if you return the product within
thirty (30) days from the date you received it.
we do not refund or accept returns on cosmetics/make-up products.
returns are to be shipped to 4VOO via a prepaid, insured, traceable method such as UPS, FedEx, or insured Parcel Post.

backorders
although we do not foresee any delays, demand for our products may exceed supply and an out-of-stock will occur.

backordered items will be shipped, as they become available. you will only be charged for items when they are shipped.
