we have made shopping online with 4VOO.com quick and easy by using shopping cart technology.

  1. on the product's page, click the buy now button underneath the product's picture.
  2. this will direct you to the "soft cart" which will show you your order (with adjustable quantity and re-purchase details).
  3. you will now have the option to either checkout, or continue shopping.
    • beneath your purchase order are recommendations of other 4VOO products to complement the products you are purchasing - click the buy now button beside the images to easily add them to your shopping cart.
  4. should you change your mind at any time while shopping, you can switch quantities or delete any item from your order or even cancel the entire order.
  5. when you are ready to check out, click the check out button - this will direct you to a page with two options:
          a. new customer
          b. returning customer
  6. as a new customer, you will need to fill out your check out options, as a returning customer, you can login with your username and password for a quick check out.
  7. new customers will have to fill out your billing country, and shipping country, and then click continue - you will also have to option to create an account for a faster check out for your next purchase.
  8. from here you will need to fill out the remainder of your shipping information, and you will be able to see the contents of your order with your current total and any additional fees- this is also where you will need to fill out your payment information, and where you can add any special shipping instructions.
  9. once you have filled out your information, click the process now button to process your order.
  10. you will now be directed to your order confirmation page, that also has your 4VOO order number, make sure to retain this number for future reference, either by copying it down, or printing the page.

  11. select the quantity of the product you wish to buy. click the "add to cart" button next to the item. you can check the contents of your order and your current total at any time during shopping by clicking the "view my order" button.   

if any of the information you enter is not valid, you will be returned to the order form and asked to correct it.

return policy

if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact 4voo.com for a return authorization number.  we can accept returns only if product are unused or used less than 20%, and if you return the product within thirty (30) days from the date you received it. 
we do not refund or accept returns on cosmetics/make-up products.

returns are to be shipped to 4VOO via a prepaid, insured, traceable method such as UPS, FedEx, or insured Parcel Post. our address is:

regrettably, shipping and handling fees for returns are not refundable. if you received free shipping with your order, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund credit.

our preferred carrier is FedEx.  USPS and  UPS may be used for deliveries to areas not serviced by FedEx.

incorrect orders

we regret any inconvenience caused by an incorrect order. please notify us at 4VOO.com and return it to us via UPS, FedEx, or insured Parcel Post. we will reimburse you for the return shipping fee and waive shipping costs of replacement merchandise. 


although we do not foresee any delays, demand for our products may exceed supply and an out-of-stock will occur. should this happen, you will be notified of any items that are out of stock by e-mail. we will ship in-stock merchandise immediately and backorder out of stock merchandise under the original 4VOO order number

backordered items will be shipped, as they become available. you will only be charged for items when they are shipped. the remainder of your order, including shipping, will be charged when your backordered merchandise is sent.
